Ashley works with adults and has a special interest in supporting first responders, veterans, people impacted by trauma, and those navigating chronic stress, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
Ashley brings professional training and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach. Her work recognizes that overwhelming experiences can shape the way people cope, connect with others, and respond to stress.
What therapy can look like
Sessions are collaborative and paced with attention to emotional safety. Ashley helps clients explore trauma and PTSD symptoms, build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop a greater sense of stability and connection.
