Meet Ashley Kolenbrander, LLMSW
Ashley works with adults and has a special interest in supporting first responders, veterans, people impacted by trauma, and those navigating substance use, addiction, and recovery-related concerns.
Ashley brings both professional training and lived experience related to addiction and recovery. This informs a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach grounded in the understanding that addiction is rarely just about the substance itself. It often exists alongside trauma, grief, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, and attempts to cope with overwhelming experiences.
What therapy can look like
Sessions are collaborative and paced with attention to emotional safety. Ashley helps clients explore trauma and PTSD symptoms, strengthen recovery, build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop a greater sense of stability and connection.
