Monthly Women’s Circle
Each month, women are invited to gather in a warm, intentional space rooted in connection, vulnerability, and community.
This month, we are creating a safe container where women can soften, speak honestly, and feel truly witnessed. Through meaningful conversation and shared reflection, we’ll explore how vulnerability and supportive connection can encourage the release of oxytocin—the hormone associated with bonding, trust, and emotional well-being.
You do not need to arrive with the right words or share more than feels comfortable. Come exactly as you are—to listen, connect, and experience what becomes possible when women hold space for one another.
Honoring the Container
To protect the safety and integrity of our circle, we ask everyone to honor the same respectful boundaries found in a group therapy setting. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Please speak from your own experience, listen without judgment, and refrain from offering advice or trying to “fix” another person unless they specifically ask for support.
Everyone has the right to share, remain quiet, take a break, or decline any activity. Recording, photographing, or sharing another person’s story outside the circle is not permitted.
While this is a supportive, therapeutic space, it is not a substitute for group therapy or mental health treatment. If additional support is needed, we are happy to help connect you with appropriate resources.
